1. Are my payments secure?
Yes, all of our transactions are encrypted using industry standard equipment to ensure that only we see your private information (please see our Pivacy Policy).

2. How will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise specified within 3-5 business days. Track your shipment on-line with the information that we provide with your order.

3. How long until I receive my order?
Orders received before 3pm Mountain Standard Time will be processed and shipped UPS Ground within 3-5 days. Because we use different suppliers, shipping times may vary. For your convenience, tracking information for your shipment will be provided.

4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Paypal.

5. Do I have to pay Sales Tax?
Only certain states must pay sales tax, you will be notified if taxes apply to your order before completing the checkout. Currently, we are required to collect sales tax only for orders placed by customers in Arizona.

6. What is your return policy?
Returns will be accepted for damaged or defective merchandise only. Because we work with different suppliers, we will need to contact them on your behalf for the appropriate return information. UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. If you need to return merchandise damaged during shipping, please notify us using the CONTACT US page within 5 days of receipt. All other returns must be made no later than 30 days after purchase date. Shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please specify if you would like the item replaced, or if you would prefer a refund. Refunds will be given in the same way payment was made. We cannot refund shipping charges. Items must be unused, and in their original packaging. We will work with our suppliers to the best of our ability to resolve to the customer's satisfaction any product or shipping concerns.

7. What is your cancellation policy?
All order cancellation requests made after 2 business days from the date and time order was placed will incur a 2% cancellation fee (based on order total). Exceptions to this policy include cancellation requests related to unexpected shipping delays. If an order does not ship within the originally specified time frame (i.e. 3-5 business days, or later if otherwise specified), no cancellation fee will occur.
